The First Prototype

The First Prototype

Once I had the idea, I didn't want to spend a lot of money building a business before knowing whether the idea would actually work.

So I decided to start with a prototype.

I didn't have a warehouse.
I didn't have any real clothing stock.
And I didn't have a big budget.

Instead, I started experimenting with what I already had.

I joined the Amazon Affiliate program and used products that were already available online to create the first version of the store.

Then I built the website myself, developed the virtual try-on experience, connected everything together, and hosted the application in the cloud.

It wasn't perfect.

It wasn't a fully established fashion business.

It was simply a working prototype that allowed me to test one important question:

Would people actually be interested in seeing themselves wearing clothes virtually before they buy?

And that was the first milestone for me—not making money immediately, but turning an idea into something real that people could actually use.

That was the beginning of Strylez.
