I’m a data scientist. I work in the corporate world, where I’ve spent years using AI, data and innovation to solve business problems and help organisations grow.
I’ve invested a huge part of my career learning how to turn data into insights, solve complex problems, and build new ideas that can create real business value.
And I’m also a working mum.
So, between a career, family, and all the responsibilities that come with them, I started asking myself a question:
What if I took everything I’ve learned—and tried to build something of my own?
Not just another idea.
A real business.
Something I have to take from an idea… to a product… to customers… and eventually, hopefully, to a sustainable business.
So I decided to take the leap and start my entrepreneurial journey.
My first experiment is Strylez, an online fashion business built around virtual try-on technology.
And here's the honest truth:
Today, I have zero sales.
I don't know whether this business will succeed.
But I want to find out.
So I'm going to document the journey—the experiments, the failures, the lessons, the small wins, and hopefully, the day I make that first sale.
This is my journey from Data Scientist to Entrepreneur.
